Starting prices in USD. Timeline agreed after scope review. Design is approved before development begins.
Website Care Plans
Every package includes 30 days of post-launch support. A care plan covers the site after that. It is optional, billed monthly in USD and separate from the project price.
Website Care Plans cover maintenance, monitoring, support, and minor improvements to your existing website. New pages, major redesigns, custom features, application development, advanced integrations, and large-scale changes are quoted separately.
What changes the quote
A starting price assumes a small, clear scope. These four things move it.
Content
If you supply final copy and images, the quote covers structure, design and build. Copywriting can be added and is listed as its own line.
CMS
A blog or editable pages add content types to design and build. The quote names each one, so you know what your team will be able to edit.
Integrations
Forms into a CRM, analytics, payments or a product API are scoped individually. Third-party subscription fees are paid to the provider.
Custom features
Interactive product demos, calculators or account areas are estimated on their own. Anything that behaves like an application is quoted as product work.
Quoted separately
These are not hidden in a package price. Where they apply, they appear as their own lines in the quote.
Domain registration and hosting, billed by the provider to your account
Paid plugins, fonts, stock media and third-party subscriptions
Copywriting, where it is not in the agreed scope
Ongoing maintenance after the included support period, on a Website Care Plan
Web applications, dashboards and mobile apps
Building a product, not a website?
Dashboards, customer portals and SaaS products start with a discovery phase: users and roles, the data model and the first version worth shipping. They are quoted from that scope, not from a package.
It covers the package as listed, at its smallest sensible scope. The Landing Page Sprint starts at $1,200, the Startup Growth Site at $2,500 and the Custom Product Website at $5,000, all in USD. After a scope review you receive a written quote, which can be higher than the starting price and says why.
The timeline is agreed after the scope review and written into the quote. It depends on the number of page templates and on how quickly content and approvals come back, so we set it per project instead of publishing one number for every case.
Payment milestones are set out in the written quote, alongside the scope and timeline. International projects are quoted and invoiced in USD.
No. The Custom Product Website is a scoped product or marketing website. A production SaaS application, an internal dashboard or a mobile app is a different kind of project and is scoped and quoted separately. How we scope product work
Every website package includes 30 days of post-launch support for fixes, small content changes and technical help. After that, an optional Website Care Plan covers ongoing maintenance from $49/month. You own the domain, hosting account, content and source code of the delivered website.
Not sure which package fits?
A few lines are enough to start. You will know the scope, price and timeline in writing before you commit to anything.
